Fund (ACIF) is an innovative financing mechanism dedicated to bridging the infrastructure gap
across Africa. Designed to support large-scale infrastructure development through a
Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, the fund's ultimate aim is to foster connectivity,
economic growth, and an enhanced quality of life for African citizens.
Africa’s infrastructure investment needs are estimated between $130-$170 billion per year, yet
public and donor resources alone remain insufficient. The ACIF seeks to mobilize private sector
capital to close this gap and accelerate development across the continent.
