Investment Committee
The Investment Committee is a sub-committee of the Board of Directors and is responsible for
evaluating and recommending investment opportunities to the board. The committee is comprised of
investment professionals with expertise in infrastructure finance, project management, and risk
assessment.
The Investment Committee conducts thorough due diligence on potential
projects, assesses their financial viability and impact on local communities, and makes
recommendations to the board for final approval.

its operations. The fund has established clear guidelines for conflicts of interest, ethical
